Return and Refund Policy
At Karlsson Creations, we want you to be happy with every purchase. Should you not be satisfied, you are welcome to return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered according to the website listing.
We cannot, however, make a refund for "change-of-mind."
Conditions for Returns
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in its original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact. You'll need your original invoice or order number.
How to Return
Please contact us at karlvw172@gmail.com or drop us a WatsApp above within 7 days of receiving your order. Include: Your name and order number. Please specify the reason for return. Pack items securely and post your return using a trackable courier service (at your cost).
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. We’ll credit the original payment method. Exchanges: If you’d like a different size, place a new order and return the original. We’ll refund the first order once we get it back.
Shipping Costs
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, we’ll cover shipping.
